What Everybody Should Know… About How to Use the Law of Attract

by Dick Ingersoll

There’s a lot of debate around the Law of Attraction presently. The gigantic hit movie/book The Secret took the populace by storm. Because Oprah sprang on board, the entire country got acquainted with the Law of Attraction and the secrets of manifestation. The Secret did a superior job of presenting the law and exposing to us how we commonly work against ourselves. Even so, many people were left groping “how exactly do I practice the law of attraction?”

There are three major components in learning how to practice this powerful law to manifest the conveniences that we wish to have in our lives. First off is our beliefs. The things that we think about and hold endlessly in our head become part of our truth. Notwithstanding, a large portion of us are carrying nonsupporting ideas in our minds on a routine basis. How do we modify that?

We need to begin watching our thoughts. The easiest way to do this is to note how we are feeling. When we are feeling good, we are thinking thoughts that are affirming the things that we want in our life and sending positive manifestation energy out into the universe. When we are feeling bad, that is a red flag that we are holding thoughts that are not in our best interest.

This brings us to the second important factor, our emotions. Emotions, which are triggered by the thoughts we are currently thinking, are the actual energy that give an intent (or thought) the power to manifest. By noting when we are feeling bad and then changing our thinking, we will begin to change the overall energy surrounding us. As we become more focused on thinking positive, prosperous thoughts, we will see the world around us change to adapt to our new perceptions of ourselves. In this way will our desires begin to manifest.

The third and concluding component in the process of attraction is our potentiality to take action once a circumstance is given. In numerous instances, our manifestations will take place as opportunities. If we work at manifesting riches, there may be an unforeseen business opportunity provided to us. If we pursue that, we’ll do well. If we don’t follow up on it, we’ll receive nothing. So we must be prepared to act upon any opportunities that are delivered to us for our manifestations.

Finally, when we are finished transmitting our intentions into the universe, we must be patient and uninvolved. Don’t focus incessantly on whether or not this will work out, how long it will necessitate, or any other doubtful thoughts. This sort of thinking destroys the work that we have performed, and impresses more uncertainty. Then again, an easygoing, separate plan of attack will allow our intentions to manifest, and will instill a lot of faith in the process, which will assist things in going forward speedier next time. No wonder opinions about the Law of Attraction are very discordant!

Hopefully you’ve something to act upon now. Best of luck and may all your desires come to you!

The Mindset Of A Millionaire - Get Into It And Succeed

by Tim Johnson

Believe it or not, you can make a million dollars online. Wild claims? Perhaps I’ll be able to change your mind.

It’s actually pretty simple. Now, I’m not a millionaire myself, yet, but I know that I’ll get there. How do I know this? Well over the past years, as I was researching constantly about everything about marketing online, there was one critical element that I missed.

Action. I learned so much, and yet I never put these new techniques and strategies into action. I would just continue to search for the silver platter solution, the golden opportunity, the sign pointing me in the direction of success.

Well, I’m sad to break the news, but they don’t exist; at least, no absolute answer does. No person in the world can hold your hand and show you exactly how to become a millionaire online. Who in their right minds would even give away a secret like that anyways? But that’s the exact way the majority of internet marketers sell to you, they want you to believe that they hold the solution to your problems, and getting it is as simple as pressing the order now button.

Not all products like this are bad though, some do have some great information inside, but it is always up to you to take that information and make something of it. Take action, persevere, test, track, experiment. It’s up to you to shape your own million dollar journey.

Now you’re probably asking yourself, ok I’ll take action, but where ever do I begin? Think back to your own experiences, how did you get to this article? Perhaps you found this on a search for information, what else have you searched for, and what have you found answers to?

Maybe there are other people who need this information as well. That’s the millionaire mindset! Find out what people want, and give it to them! Think of the online world as a giant search engine, people are always looking for information. Now, it’s your turn to provide them with it, and profit!

This is obviously a tad over simplified, but the concept is what counts. I’m not going to sugar coat it, it does take some work, but if you are willing to take action, and give people the information they are looking for, then there isn’t a single reason why you cannot be the next big online millionaire!

Would You Like To Create An Intention List?

by Dick Ingersoll

An intention list is a very effective tool when it comes to manifesting with the Law of Attraction. Basically, an intention list is a list of everything you desire and hope to realize. Building your list is a great manifestation meditation, and reviewing your list will add fuel to the fire. Let’s talk more about what an intention list is and how you can create one.

Consider all of the worldly pleasures you wish to have, and embark on writing them down. You may write things like a plasma television, a new car, a new dwelling, a good job, a million bucks, a vacation to Hawaii, and so on. Just put down one item per line and write till you’ve run through your wishes. More will come to you over the next hour and even week, and you will be able to add them when they do.

Creating the list should put you in an excited frame of mind, which is perfect for manifesting. What you should do when the list is finished, since you’ll in all likelihood be tired out by then, is to display it in a place that you will look at it every day. Display it in your bathroom, or bedroom, or someplace that you are able to stop and look it over daily. You don’t need to study your full list every day! Several items will stand out at you as the most attention-getting, and what you should do then is to highlight those items.

Now daily while you pass by your list, pause for a second and review the highlighted items. Think of the feeling you’ll have once you manifest that item. Live your joy and well being. Then continue with your day. By investing a little more animation into your intention each new day, you will find that a lot of your highlighted items will manifest speedily. Once something on your intention list manifests, just place a nice big checkmark by it and highlight another item that you desire.

Bit by bit, you’ll observe that the items on your list are manifesting in your life, and each week your unrealized highlighted items will be changing. The more this happens, the more you will trust in the technique, and the quicker additional items will manifest. You will rapidly find that an intention list will be something you always choose to keep around. They’re fun to write, fun to read, and most especially, that fun translates into emotion which transforms into energy which translates into manifestation!

When you’ve entirely got through one list, set it away somewhere safe. One day you may relish looking back through old lists and finding out just how much success you’ve experienced with the Law of Attraction. If that doesn’t appeal to you, I suggest you to consider a more heathen path – destroy the past list in order to free up the vitality it contains. You may burn the paper, flush it (piece by piece!) or entomb it in the ground, anything to discharge it back into the universe as a realized objective. Whichever process you decide to process your past lists, I believe the emphasis is on knowing that you’ve successfully manifested your objectives and that you may forthwith apply your energy to manifest new ones.

Happy manifesting!

NLP - Your Pathway to Success

by Terry Elston

Neuro Linguistic Programming also termed as “NLP” was developed by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in 1970’s. Over the period of time it has become very popular and has entered in many fields. It is quite fascinating to understand how Master NLP Practioners are helping people achieve path breaking success in their personal lives and also professional careers.

NLP is a science based on behavioural patterns. It examines human experiences and how they lead humans to perform in a certain way. Thus, NLP is a methodology that helps us model human behaviour and finds its own way to transplant it in others also.

Communication depends on the way our behavioural pattern gets influenced by our memory and motivation. This human interaction, made possible by communication, is modelled by making use of NLP. Since NLP deals with human experience and the pattern of behaviour, it has also been closely referred as – The study of human excellence. NLP is a very effective tool for those who want to expand their power of communication with others. Acquiring NLP training may benefit people in multiple ways. The people working in business, marketing, human resources, management, education, training, performance and meditation can take advantage of NLP training.

Apart from being helpful at the outer level of human behaviour, NLP also turns to the unconscious behaviour. Our habits and behaviour patterns work at the unconscious level. NLP comes here to help realize and alter the unconscious behaviour to our advantage. NLP helps us to look into how information is processed and stored in our minds and how the change in our behaviour and feelings takes place. NLP equips us with the tool to realize the working of inner consciousness, enable us to make some necessary changes in us and can help the others to do the same. In other words, NLP gets you acquainted with working of your brain. For this particular reason, NLP finds its place in most of the personal development courses, coaching and other training programs.

NLP has now entered into everything and also creating a lot of confusion too. There are some differing users of NLP who hold diverse point of views. Some call it revolutionary whereas some denounce it by stating it as a pseudo-science. NLP can be risky if one can use it unwisely. Some less scrupulous users of NLP worship it to be beneficial as a sales tool for manipulating nave buyers. It can not be denied that extraordinary benefits can be gained from proper use of NLP technique.

Today NLP is being adopted in education, teaching, self-study and corporate world. One can make use of NLP to ones own benefit and to that of clients. It is to suggest the trainers of NLP not to take it without understanding it properly. NLP is basically taught with examples (since our brain is accustomed to it) that results in experiential training. Finally, one of the best way, one can imagine, to learn NLP is to get direct experience by working with an accredited NLP Practitioner or by learning it online through e-courses.

Managing Employee Fear: Running An Unstoppable Business

by ‘Dr. Proactive’ Randy Gilbert

Fear can halt businesses like no other emotion. People of every nation in the world know this same powerful feeling. When fear is in the workplace, nothing else saps the efficiency, morale, and momentum from your organization like it.

How then can you make your business an effective and unstoppable force? Gayle Gregory, motivational coach, leadership consultant, and co-author of the book “The Grand Experiment: An Expedition of Self-Discovery”, feels that the key to an unstoppable business is identifying and eliminating the fears present in the minds of its employees. “The source of innovation is a place of fearlessness where we are not trying to force things to happen,” says Gregory.

Gregory has identified seven fundamental fears found in the human psyche that are reflected in everything, from personal lives to careers. “The seven fears are universal,” Gregory observes. Everyone in the workplace, from those at the top to those at the bottom can find some aspect of all seven fears within them. These fears are not always something people are aware of yet they have a profound effect upon the creativity, interactivity, and efficiency of a business workplace.

Gregory challenges that the world is not a scary place, but rather, an individual’s own perspective determines their intimidation level. There are thousands of possible ways to interpret the situations presented everyday. How to react is your decision. To dismantle the fear of the world, make a conscious decision to react proactively to a challenge rather than in a negative manner. “The world just is,” advises Gregory, “You give it meaning.”

Your workplace has an “Unstoppability Factor”. You can determine what that is by first identifying the fears that are present within it. So, where do these fears lurk? “Go out into the workplace and find out what prevents people from doing their work,” Gregory says, “Why are they standing around vending machines having conversations? What are those conversations about? Its all fear based.” Basically when fear is present, morale is low and employees are dissatisfied with their jobs and lose passion for the work they do.

The next step to making your company unstoppable is to take the power out of each fear. At first the process is difficult and uncomfortable because it requires open discussion and admission of individual fears. Take the initiative and lay out each of the fears to be discussed. This way you can manage the discomfort associated with sharing personal fear and turn it into a proactive game that can be won. “The only thing that holds fear in place is our unwillingness to look at it,” Gregory shares, “As soon as you place your fear out on the table, it begins to dissolve and lose it’s power.”

Gregory, who once held a lucrative position in a Fortune 500 company, left to explore the human condition by sailing to Mexico. Through her own introspection and spirituality, while sailing the Sea of Cortez, she realized what she learned about human fears realized had held her back. Knowing how costly fear can be in a work environment, Gayle now enjoys motivating and energizing the business world by purging their workplace fears, which she sees keeping all companies from reaching their fullest potentials.

To gain a competitive edge, your business needs to be perceived as bold and innovative. Fear prevents companies and their employees from reaching their full potential. In an enterprise where fear is present, internal conflict often diminishes a workplace or department’s ability to function smoothly as one contiguous unit.

Obviously a business that is fighting itself cannot also effectively fight its competition as well. “We’re so busy competing with each other that we forget to compete with competitors in the marketplace,” warns Gregory. Fears such as thinking that there is not enough resources, time, favor, and other commodities for all tend to breed individualistic attitudes rather than team spirit. To stop this, encourage an attitude of cooperation among your employees and share rewards among many rather than granting one first prize. Employees that are afraid to share their ideas or work together cripple the overall productivity of the workplace with their fears.

Ultimately, the unstoppability of your business lies with your decision to expose fears rather than let them hide. A fear kept in the dark, no matter how small, costs your company performance ability. The emotional environment of a workplace expands exponentially the vision of what you and your enterprise can do. Even if your business achieves its goals for the future, you are settling for far less than your full potential when you do not dismantle the fears within the organization and individuals. “When you take the fear away, the automatic outcome is you energize your performance,” says Gregory.

You Can Succeed- Find out How

by MJG Urquart

I used to find loads of reasons why I failed at various things. If a project didn’t come to fruition it was because of someone else. If a business failed it was bad luck. Can you relate to this? Are you ready to take responsibility for your failures and and turn failures into success? One of the main reasons for failure is that we are conditioned to it.

From the time you are born you are being conditioned to be unsuccessful and to regard money and success as something that’s not necessarily good. How many times have you heard someone say “money is the root of all evil” or ” It’s easier for a camel to get through the eye of a needle than a rich man to get to heaven”

You’ve heard these comments hundreds of times. probably so many times that you hardly notice them but all the time your subconscious mind is storing them away. Do you think a 100 meter sprinter at the start of the Olympics says to himself “If I run too fast I might fall over”? No he doesn’t he tells himself positive things. Think positive and re-condition your brain to believe that you can be successful and you will be. How do I know? Easy I’ve done it. 6 months ago I bought Sean Le Mays Procrastination Blaster and I have gone from someone generally gave up of failed to someone who has become successful. I didn’t believe that I suffered from procrastination but I bought the product on a recommendation from a friend and it had a major impact on my life.

With procrastination blaster there is nothing to do just sit back and relax and let the program do the work. The program is based on scientifically proven facts and makes use of the different types of brain waves. By stimulating different types of brainwaves your subconscious takes aboard the positive messages that the program provides. The state that you are placed in is similar to those experienced by people who practice deep meditation.

We will now have a look at the 4 different types of brain waves and at the various conscious states in which they exist

Beta waves are normally present in your normal waking state. it more than likely that you are in a beta state now. You’ll find these waves associated with alertness, cognition concentration and arousal.

When you are absorbed by a good film, or a great book then it is fair to say that you are in the much slower alpha state. Alpha waves are associated with relaxation, learning and increased concentration.

Theta waves slower than alpha, usually experienced during dreaming sleep associated with increased creativity, some kinds of super learning, increased memory ability and “a ha” experiences.

The lowest waves that we’ll look at are Delta waves. These are the key to your subconscious and usually are present in dreamless sleep.

This all might sound like science fiction but I assure you it’s not, why not check out our review of procrastination blaster and see how it can help you to succeed.

Do What You Can. Hire What You Can’t.

by HWnW

Loral Langemeier is in the business of making millionaires. She’s the founder and CEO of Live Out Loud, a mentoring program that helps thousands find wealth, and she’s the author of “The Millionaire Maker” series, including “The Millionaire Maker: Act, Think, and Make Money the Way the Wealthy Do”. Loral was also featured in the highly successful book and film, “The Secret”.

Loral Langemeier is a very passionate person. She has a passion for teaching, money, people, sports, wine, play, dinner parties, and fun. Everything around her is her passion. Loral grew up on a farm in Nebraska where it wasn’t polite to ask for money. Today, she teaches other people how to ask for money, though, and some of them become millionaires.

If it’s worth doing, it’s worth getting paid to do it! Loral believes that with all her heart. She sees people all the time who have great ideas, but they’re afraid to ask for money. If you enjoy having children in your home, why not open a home daycare? If you enjoy woodworking, why not sell your craft at fairs? If you enjoy designing websites, why not work with paying clients?

Loral started her first business as a teenager, and by her 30’s, she was already a millionaire. How did she do it? She asked for it. Loral Langemeier always had a passion for sports and fitness. She began working as a personal trainer, and then she taught her friends in college how do lead aerobics classes.

Her aerobics classes led to a business in which she was getting paid for other people’s efforts. She found the clients, and then she got a percentage of the profits her employees made. This eventually led to a multi-million dollar contract with the Chevron Corporation in which she set up fitness centers on over 200 offshore oil rigs.

Loral Langemeier’s motto might sound something like, “Strengthen Your Strengths, and Hire Your Weaknesses.” In other words, don’t waste your time. Building a very successful business requires you to hit the ground running. You can’t do that if you’re bogged down in the details because you don’t know what you’re doing.

Of course, not everyone can hire a full staff in the beginning. It’s important to start with a couple of key people who can multi-task or work seasonally. That means that someone who failed math three times should hire an accountant. Someone who knows nothing about advertising should hire a marketing manager. Most importantly, if it’s worth doing, it’s worth being paid well to do it. It won’t take long before you can afford a full staff.

Not getting bogged down in the details applies to your regular life as much as it does to your business. You can’t focus on your passion if you’re focused on everyone and everything else. Cut out everything that can be done by someone else or that doesn’t apply to your passions or family. When you focus on your business, you’ll get out of the rat race sooner and have more time for yourself and your family!

What’s Stopping You From Succeeding?

by Theo McLanahan

When you own a business, you’re both the boss and the employee. Some people love this kind of setup and achieve far more than they ever would in a traditional workplace. For others, it can spell disaster. It’s important to analyze yourself regularly to ensure you’re keeping on track.

Are you focusing on your business? This one thing can make a huge difference to your success. When you’re working at home, it’s pretty easy to lose focus with all the other things calling for your attention. But it’s okay to let the laundry sit for a few hours while you’re working. The laundry isn’t going to pay any bills, but your business sure can.

It’s not only important to focus on your business, it’s also important to focus in your business. It’s easy to get sidetracked from one task by some new idea or offer. Spreading yourself out over too many projects means none of them are going to get done effectively. It’s all about focus.

Are you being productive? At the end of the day, do you ever feel like you worked all day but accomplished nothing? Take a look at the tasks you are working on, and whether they are actually important to your success. If you find yourself getting sidetracked by surfing the web, chatting in forums, or reading blogs, try to schedule time for those activities after your “real work” is done.

On the other hand, if you feel your time is being sucked away by answering email, updating your website, or collecting research for an upcoming information product you are working on, try outsourcing those tasks to a virtual assistant. This will help you free up some time to work on business tasks that need more attention.

Are you reaching the goals you’ve set for yourself? If you’re constantly missing deadlines and not reaching goals, you might want to look at them and see if they’re really realistic. Create an action plan for yourself and follow it.

Would I hire myself? This is a tough question to ask yourself, but it is very important. It may sound silly, but perhaps you could write out a job description and give yourself an interview. Are you the type of employee you would want to hire?

If you find that you wouldn’t actually hire yourself, take a look at the areas that need improvement. This can be uncomfortable, but once you identify your weaknesses you can get to work on improving them, or outsourcing those tasks to someone who can do them better than you.
